Growing Up Guide Pup

Amy and Matthew Chapman

Today we bring you Amy and Matthew Chapman, founders of Growing Up Guide Pup.  This nonprofit is the only service dog organization in the world with a mission to focus on education to help people with disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Growing Up Guide Pup started on a whim when Matthew, a filmmaker by trade, and Amy a veterinary technician decided to document their experience training their service dogs. They give us a real unfiltered perspective into what goes into raising service dogs, how to overcome common challenges and encouraging more people to get involved. They educate the public on service dog awareness and proper etiquette to inspire more volunteers to take action and tackle common questions.

By supporting Growing Up Guide Pup’s mission you can help bring awareness to the importance of service dogs and their life-changing impact on their users, handlers and the community at large.

You can get involved today by visiting their website with over a hundred blogs from service dog users, volunteer puppy raisers, and past board members. They also have three free seasons on YouTube with amazing training content. In the next 20-30 years Growing Up Guide Pup believes service dogs are going to transform America, and with your help, perhaps the world.
